MSMR Architects worked on the design and total re-modelling of the property.
Marketed fully turn-key with artwork curated by Tanya Baxter of Tanya Baxter Contemporary, the property typifies prime London. It is the first ‘big ticket’ sale of 2024 in Mayfair, according to agents Beauchamp Estates, who acted for the purchaser and comes at a time of renewed buoyancy in the London prime and super prime marketplaces. The property was on sale via the new Sotheby’s team in London during the time of purchase.
